Chief Executive Officer
An international hotelier with over 30 years’ experience, Mohamed Awadalla has worked with some of the leading global hospitality companies including Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Hilton International, Rotana Hotels and now at TIME Hotels Management L.L.C where he was one of the founding members.
Being one of the founders of TIME Hotels Management in 2007, Awadalla started as the Area Vice President. In 2012 he moved to the position of CEO with overall responsibility for the company’s Ten Hotels, Hotel Apartments and Residence with a remit to spearhead the future development and drive the commercial success of TIME’s rapidly expanding portfolio of Middle East and Northern Africa based properties.

Chief Financial Officer
Following his graduation in 1987 Richard travelled to Boston to continue his studies as part of the Association for International Training Program and joined Marriott as a front line employee. In 1989 Richard relocated to London and completed his professional certificate from HCIMA at Oxford Brooks University, also attaining a Diploma from the British Association of Hotel Accountants. Over the ensuing 18 years Richard progressed with Marriot, spending time in Poland, Hungary and the UK, becoming the Area Director of Finance of Marriott in the UK & Ireland.
Currently Richard is working with the Owners of TIME Hotel Management to assist in developing the brand and is focused on laying the ground work in the finance discipline to ensure that the business is ready for rapid expansion over the next five to ten years.

Vice President - Human Resources
Nabil Kamel is a service focused and innovative Human Resources Director with extensive international experience optimising global operations, systems, teams, employee relations, organizational structure and competitive advantage through continuous improvement, learning & development (L&D), training and cultural change. With particular expertise in the pre-opening, opening, takeover and rebranding of hotels and resorts worldwide, Nabil is a loyal business advisor and subject matter expert with the energy, integrity and influence to direct staff, 3rd parties and executive teams. He develops robust foundations through policy and process, and delivers effective solutions to diverse business challenges whilst balancing legal requirements, succession planning, budgetary constraints and organizational objectives.
|Mr. Eddie Ignatius|
Corporate Director of Innovation & Quality
Eddie started his career with Rosewood Hotel & Resorts in 1998 joining Hilton Dubai Jumeirah in 2002. After 4 years with Hilton, Eddie had an opportunity to join the pre-opening team of the landmark "Emirates Palace Hotel" in Abu Dhabi, then joining Rotana Hotels in 2007. He later joined TIME Hotels setting up the Front Office Operations which is used and implemented in all TIME Hotels property until now. Due to his continuous contributions to the Human Resources Department, he took up the management of Training & Development Department. Eddie is also looking after the Quality Assurance, HACCP implementations and successfully completed the Green Globe Project for TIME Hotels.

Corporate Director of Food & Beverage
Bernard carries a wealth of global hospitality experience developed over 25+ years serving in various executive food & beverage positions with Hilton, Marriott and the IHG hotel group. Educated primarily in Brussels and Paris, with continued training completed in Hong Kong, Miami and Aruba, Bernard maintains memberships in Les Toques Blanches International, an exclusive association of executive chefs chosen from their peers by invitation only, and the elite Académie Culinaire de France, the oldest association of Chefs in the world.
|Mr. Gaetan Lavoie|
Corporate Director of Technical Services
Gaetan Lavoie started his career with the Novotel Hotels in Canada in 1991 and over the ensuing 9 years oversaw the opening and renovation of properties across North America. In 2002 he took responsibility for the new property Renaissance Hotel in Montreal, overseeing the property and its eventual sale four years later. In 2007, Gaetan joined the SNC Lavalin as Facility Manager overseeing 97 locations and in 2014 Gaetan joined TIME Hotels as Corporate Director of Technical Services.
|Mr. Ahmed Al Mulla|
Corporate Director of Security & Government Protocol
A UAE National, Ahmed Ebrahim Ghaloom Al Mulla, who was born and raised in Umm Al Quwain, has been with TIME Hotels since 2012. With over 20 years in the security industry, he has gained a wealth of international experience working for the Dubai Airport and different Government facilities.
As the Groups’ Corporate Director of Security, Ahmed is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the overall company process for security strategy. He builds and maintains key relationships with the Government and private sectors to ensure TIME remains aligned with State standards as it expands internationally. Under his leadership, TIME security department is looking ahead to a continuous development and expansion. Ahmed is a key player in supporting TIME vision, its operations and the protection of its stakeholders, assets and interests.
|Mr. Joseph Fayad|
Corporate Director of IT
Joseph Fayad, worked with a number of reputable hospitality operators over a span of more than 15 years, an IT expert specializing in hospitality, handled computing and communications technology functions, introduced and performed IT standard reviews, established multi-property systems and data centres and insured IT operation are performing at their highest levels of efficiency and security.
Fayad has recently completed a 12-month project at the American University of Technology Lebanon. He restructured the IT at the university across three branches, established a vision and action plan for a preventive and proactive IT; moreover he designed the data centre infrastructure using cloud computing and introduced a new Learning Management System.
Prior to this he was the managing partner of Computer Communication Services in Lebanon where he consulted on a number of hospitality and real estate client projects in Lebanon, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Senior roles has given Fayad a well-rounded experience covering all aspects of the operation from the planning and implementation of new systems and system migration to IT solution provision and involvement in the technological application of corporate marketing strategies.

Kamal Abou Fares holds a pivotal role in TIME Hotels’ corporate framework with responsibility for the dissemination of key messages and communication of our ground-breaking environmental and CSR initiatives to the media, general public and partners across the region.
A marketeer for more than six years, graduate with advertising and communication from the American University of Beirut worked previously in FMCG with regional and multinational brands. Shifted to the service and worked with international hospitality chains, such as Millennium and Copthorne and Carlson and Rezidor in both emirates Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Kamal’s achievements, vast growth and expertise makes him the crucial lynchpin to boost TIME Hotels presence and revenue.

Corporate Director of Materials
A seasoned hotelier with significant experience in the global luxury hospitality industry, Mohammed provides strategic guidance in the company's purchasing department and drives innovation. A commerce graduate from Kerala University in India, Mohammed brings nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, from a couple of industry toppers.
Through the course of his career he has risen progressively, taking on more senior roles and is currently concentrating on the materials & purchasing division of the TIME Group. As a leader, who favors practical approach philosophy and quality-driven processes to achieve excellence, he is a valid contributor to the TIME Hotels’ acquisitions and new project development, coordinating successful hotel openings and delivering consistency to the operating departments globally.
